Jerome Vinson is our Administrator at Champion City Home Health Care.  He has served the Clark/Springfield area in different capacities for over 40 years.  Jerome earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Wright State University majoring in Financial Service.  His course work focused on Administration, HR, Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning.  Jerome’s past experience includes; Bank Branch Manager, Financial Planner, Real Estate Broker, Property Manager.  Working in these different fields has allowed him to gain valuable knowledge managing and developing personnel to maximize their potential while they seek their professional endeavors.  Jerome has also had the opportunity to serve on several boards in different capacities through the years.  Whether it be as a Member, Treasure, or President he has always felt blessed for the opportunity to serve his community.  Jerome is very aware of how blessed he is to have the support of his wife of over 40 years supporting him every step of his career.  Brenda herself is very active in the community as an educator teaching in the Springfield City School District for over 20 years and over 20 years with the Clark-Shawnee School District.  Jerome and Brenda have 2 adult children; Vanessa & Justin who still call Springfield Home. 

Sandy Holloway is our Director of Nursing and Clinical Director.  Sandy has over 20 years of educational and practical experience in the field of nursing.  She has spent years in a hospital setting working in acute and rehabilitative care, patient relations, and safety while delivering compassionate and caring healthcare services.  For more than 11 years she has used these skills in the Home Health Care arena. She is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practices for our clients.  She provides oversight for all patient care services and personnel.  Oversight will include, but will not be limited to:

• Making patient & personnel assignments
• Coordinating patient care
• Coordinating referrals
• Assuring that patient needs are continually assessed
• Assuring the development, implementation & updates of the individualized plan of care
• Direction, coordination, and overall supervision of all services provided by contract personnel
• Assures quality of services offered and adequate staffing
